Join fellow wine enthusiasts in Brasserie Ritzcoffier for a 6-course dinner with expertly selected pairings, guided by a passionate vintner from Tesseron. The House of Tesseron is a Grand Cru Classé estate, renowned for their exclusively XO or older Cognacs. In 2003, Tesseron became the first Cognac ever to earn a perfect 100 Parker Points. Château Pontet-Canet is an ancient Bordeaux estate, founded three centuries ago by Jean-François de Pontet. When Guy Tesseron acquired the vineyards in 1975, he transitioned to biodynamic farming methods and steered the wines to international acclaim for their finesse and depth. The dinner promises a rich and memorable experience.
